DATA PROTECTION

With the aim of fulfilling current legislation, as stated in Statutory Law 15/1999, of 13 of December, regarding protection of Personal Data (LOPD), which main object is to guarantee and to protect, concerning the treatment of personal data, the liberties and fundamental rights of the all people, and specially their honor and personal privacy, OVERTEX wishes to inform all visitors that: OVERTEX has adopted the necessary technical and management measures.

Private details that OVERTEX receives through forms or emails will be exclusively used by OVERTEX and never by external organizations. The object of this data storage will be mainly the management of products purchased by the client as well as the notifications that OVERTEX believes advisable to make in relation to the services that it offers.

The collection and automated treatment of Personal Data has the purpose of maintaining the contractual relation that may be established with OVERTEX, as well as the updateing of information , formation, or commercialization (always identified as such) and other activities. OVERTEX has adopted suitable levels of security for the data that is sent, and in addition, all available means and technical measures have been installed to avoid the loss, bad use, alteration, non-authorized access and robbery of the data that we receive.

The client will be able, at any moment, to exercise the rights recognized in the LOPD, of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition. To exercise these rights, the user can initially do it through the contact form, or later, at any time, by sending an email to INFORMACION@OVERTEX.COM, identifying him/herself as a client and requesting the information. These rights can also be exercised the way the Law establishes.
